I started to work in 2001 on post of a House Officer on the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, Na Homolce Hospital –Prague. In 2003 I decided for Vascular Surgery Fellowship. As part of my training I worked for 1 year as a House Officer on the 3rd Surgical Clinic of 1 st medical Faculty.
In November 2007 I‘ve finished my Vascular Surgery Fellowship. Since that time I have worked as a Staff Grade on the Department of Vascular Surgery, Na Homolce Hospital. In the year 2011 I´v become a chief surgeon of part of the department.
Main activities are diagnostics and surgical treatment of vascular diseases with special interest of minimaly invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgical methods, consulting and educational activities, management of the department.
I participated on GALA international multicentric study.
I was responsible person for our departmentś cooperation in multicentric FINEST study for FDA certification of vascular grafts.
